Problem: Competitors consistent attacks on Host Defense due to formulation controversies drive sales down, especially on Amazon, where alternatives are readily available.
Solution: Get ahead of attacks by providing information on scientific studies that go into each formula. Addressing issues and framing them as benefits according to those studies.
